This letter serves to notify the Commission that the Order has been fully implemented, and provides the revised Plan pages as also required by the Order. This Plan revision also incorporates changes recommended in the NRC/Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) joint resolutions of Security Frequently Asked Questions (SFAQ) 04-09 and 05-03, and corrects an editorial error within Section 7.4 of Appendix C to the Plan. Incorporation of the Plan changes consistent with SFAQ 05-03 satisfies the NOTE: THE ATTACHMENTS TO THIS LETTER CONTAIN "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY.
