VY Drift Rich and David, This email is to confirm that as a normal practice and going forward, any chemical changes permitted in the NPDES Permit, that would potentially go out to the cooling towers, will always be reviewed for state of Vermont listed hazardous air contaminants a(HAC's), and if any are present in these chemicals, they will be included in our annual air emissions report to the Vermont Air Pollution Control Division.I will have to forward you a copy of the VAPCD letter requesting the inclusion of HAC's potentially emitted from the cooling towers when I get back to my office next week.
