ORDER The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which is participating in this proceeding as an interested state, and intervenor Pilgrim Watch have each filed a petition for review of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision LBP-08-22, which resolved Contention 1, submitted by Pilgrim Watch. Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(e),
the time within which the Commission may rule on the petitions for review is hereby extended until March 23, 2009.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
