Dear Mr. Flores:

Thank you for your letter of October 12, 2011, in response to our September 12, 2011, letter

and inspection report concerning the Problem Identification and Resolution Team Inspection

conducted July 11 through July 28, 2011.

Your letter of response did not contest any of the violations or cross cutting aspects

documented in the report, but provided clarifications and comments on two of the inspection

findings.
