RE: St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-335 and 50-389 Proposed License Amendments Administrative U date 1990 Xn accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 6 Light Company (FPL) submits herewith a request to amend Facility Operating Licenses DPR-67 and NPF-16 for St. Lucie Units 1 and 2, respectively.

These amendments are submitted to make administrative changes to the St. Lucie Unit 1 and Unit 2 Technical Specifications and achieve consistency throughout the Technical Specifications by removing outdated material, making minor text changes, and correcting errors.

Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter include the proposed St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification changes, respectively.

Attachment 3 is a Safety Analysis in support of the proposed amendments. Attachment 4 is a "Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration."

The proposed amendments have been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power & Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
