By letter dated October 2, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17277A131), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted an approval ("-A") version of topical report (TR) WCAP-16996-P/WCAP-16996-NP, Volumes I, II, and III, Revision 1, "Realistic Loss-Of-Coolant Accident [(LOCA)] Evaluation Methodology Applied to the Full Spectrum of Break Sizes (FULL SPECTRUM TM LOCA (FSLOCA TM) Methodology)," to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. Westinghouse has done so in accordance with our request to publish approval proprietary and non-proprietary versions of this TR, as detailed in the transmittal letter of the NRC staff's revised final safety evaluation (ADAMS Accession No. ML17226A225) for the WCAP-16996-P/
