July 1, 2013 ORDER (Setting Telephonic Oral Argument)

The Licensing Board (Board) will hear oral argument from the parties' counsel on standing and contention admissibility, by telephone, on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 1:30 P.M.

Eastern Daylight Time. The Board intends to ask questions regarding the Joint Petitioners' standing and the admissibility of the proffered contention. Accordingly, the participants should be ready to answer the Board's questions, but need not prepare formal presentations. On or before Tuesday, July 16, 2013, representatives of each of the parties should contact Ms. Sara Culler at (301) 415-5694 to obtain the telephone number and pass code for the oral argument. Members of the public or media who wish to listen to the oral argument may do so, and should contact Ms. Culler at the above number for the requisite information.

Additionally, the oral argument will be transcribed, and the transcript will promptly be placed in the NRC's Electronic Hearing Docket (EHD), where it may be freely accessed by the public.
