_ Director, Nuclear Reactor Regulation Att Mr Dennis L Ziemann, Chief Operating Reactors Branch No 2 US Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC. 20555 DOCKET 50-255 -LICENSE DPR-20 -PALISADES PLANT -CEN-128, RESPONSE OF COMBUSTION ENGINEERING NUCLEAR STEAM SUPPLY SYSTEM TO TRANSIENTS AND ACCIDENTS Reference (A) transmitted the subject report on behalf of the C-E Owners Group in response to the requirements listed in References (B), (C), and (D) *. The purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that this r-eport is cable to Consumers Power Company's Palisades Plant and constitutes .our response to the short-term analysis and emergency procedure guidelines requirements of Section 2.1.9(c) of NUREG-0578.
As stated in Reference (A), it is intended that the information contained in this report be for the training of reactor plant operators and the revision of our emergency procedures if our review indicates that any revisions .to our procedures would be beneficial.
