Submittal of Revision 4 to the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS), Physical Security Plan (PSP) The Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) hereby provides the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with a copy of Revision 4 to the FCS Physical Security Plan (PSP). Revision 4 of the PSP incorporated removal of the Early Warning System (EWS) and physical site configuration changes within the Owner Controlled Area. Revision 5 of the FCS Protective Strategy incorporates the removal of the Early Warning System (EWS) in relation to the Protective Strategy.
A supporting narrative is in this submittal to help detail the changes made to the PSP and the Protective Strategy. The changes were evaluated and do not reduce the effectiveness of the FCS PSP. A change table is also included for the PSP and the Protective Strategy.
