In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (w)(3), GPU Nuclear, Inc. hereby confirms that a nuclear property insurance policy is provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited for the amount listed below. Facility Total Coverage Three Mile Island Power Station, Unit No. 2 $150' 000' 000* *By letter dated July 21, 1999, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved an exemption from the amount of insurance coverage stated in 10 CFR 50.54(w).
