Dear Mr. Pardee:
On October 17, 2008, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at your Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2. This report documents the actions taken to review an Unresolved Item (URI) [URI 05000456/2008006-03; URI 05000457/2008006-03], from Inspection Report Nos. 05000456/2008006(DRS); 5000457/2008006(DRS) at your Braidwood Station, associated with the inspection performed per TI 2515/171, Verification of Site Specific Implementation of B.5.b Phase 2 and 3 Mitigating Strategies.
