Enclosed is an application dated February 8, 2023, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Framatome, Inc., requesting Amendment No. 02 to license XW015 for the export of low-level radioactive waste.
Enclosed is an application dated February 8, 2023, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Framatome, Inc., requesting Amendment No. 02 to license XW015 for the export of low-level radioactive waste.
The purpose of the amendment is to extend the validity of the license from December 31, 2023 until December 31, 2028.

As a matter of process, and in accordance with 10 CFR Part 110.82, the application will be public for 30 days before the NRC takes any action on them.
