American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) is requesting U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and approval of the proposed changes to SP-3605-0042, Security Plan for the Physical Protection of Special Nuclear Material at the American Centrifuge Plant. provides a detailed description, justification, and ACO's significance determination for the proposed changes. Enclosure 2 provides the proposed changes to SP-3605-0042. The proposed changes to SP-3605-0042 were determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plans in accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 70.32 and 95.19; however, a portion of the proposed changes are considered substantive requiring the NRC's prior review and approval. Proposed changes are noted in tracked changes along with revision bars in the right-hand margin.
