Westinghouse desig-nated the information in the draft report as proprietary. The staff acknowl-edges that the draft report was submitted as part of. "WGOTHIC Application to l

AP600" by letter dated September 10, 1996. The affidavit sent with this l

report applies to that report and not to earlier documents.

You are, there-l fore, requested to review the-information and, by December 30, 1996, identify by letter any proprietary information contained in the document.
