By application dated December 15, 1987, Amersham Corporation requested Certificate of Compliance No. 9160 be issued to them. Amersham Corporation purchased Gulf Nuclear, Inc. and will be responsible for the maintenance of the certificate, safety analysis report for the cask design and quality assurance records in accordance with 10 CFR 671.91(c). Amersham Corporaticn has been previously issued Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0040 under Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71.
