Dear Mr. Lofy:

The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds in the amount of $950.76 under the subject task order, thereby decreasing the obligated amount from $65,412.63 to $64,461.87.

Please note that while your letter of February 25,1999, requested $173.43 in fee, NRC records show the 15% fee owed Parameter, Inc. is $277.35. Therefore, fee in the amount of $277.35 will be released for payment.
