The Comission has issued the 7nclosed Amendment No.100 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Statir>n.

This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to ycur application dated July 1,1988, as suppleciented September 8,1988.

This amendment deletes organizational charts from the Technical Specification Administrative Section.

A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.

Notice of Issuance will be included in the Cor.raission's biweekly FtJeral Regist.a notice.
