Yankee Nuclear Power Station The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.96 to Facilit Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (y-Yankee) in response to your application of January 8, 1986.

The amendment modifies the. Technical Specifications to replace a listed manual containment isolation valve with a blank flange.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly Federal Registe_r notice.
