" Required Actions Based on Generic Implications of Salem ATWS Events" to describe its post-trip review program. The post-trip review action item consisted of Action Item 1.1, " Program Description and Procedure" and Action Item 1.2, " Data and Information Capability." The safety evaluation for Item 1.1 was included in Supplement No. S to the SER in July 1985. The safety evaluation enclosed with this letter addresses Item 1.2.
