SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORTS NOS. 50-327/88-10 AND 50-328/88-10
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission inspection conducted on
'
January 11-15, 1988. The inspection consisted of an examination of. activities
related to the corrective actions taken to resolve employee concerns. At the
conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members
of your staff identified in the enclosed Inspection Report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within

these areas, the inspection consisted of selective exaniinations cf procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
activities in progress.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified. Several observations were made about electrical equipment
,
installations procedures, follow-up of previous visits, employee concerns and
diesel generator space heaters.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and its
enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
