Negotiations are being scheduled with all offerors whose proposals are in the competitive range. Enclosed is a list of items for discussion. You will be contacted separately to arrange the schedule for discussions with your organization.

At the conclusion of negotiations, each offeror in the competitive range will be given the opportunity to submit a best and final offer.
