License Condition 15 requires that except as specifically provided otherwise in this license, the licensee shall possess and use licensed material described in Items 6, 7, and 8 of this license in accordance with statements, representations, and procedures contained in application with ALARA Program and other enclosures dated March 30, 1982 and letters dated May 4, 1982 and November 30, 1983.
