CAREER COUNSELING On September 17, 1979, ADMletacontract(NRC 10-79-387) to Binder, Elster, Mendelson & Wheeler, Inc. (BEMW) to provide individual career counseling to NRC employees. The contract specified they would provide a minimum of 100 initial counseling sessions with 300 subsequent sessions and if ordered provide additional sessions, not to exceed 500 total. Mod-2 did this (May 1980). The contract also allowed NRC to exercise an option to extend these services for an additional year - Mod-3 exercised this option.

In June 1980, MDTS sent a memo to all NRC employees requesting that anyone interested in participating in career counseling complete the fonn and return it to us. Within the first two weeks, over 200 employees responded.
