This is in response to your letter dated April 19, 1985, in which you appealed the NRC's Apr" 12, 1985, response to your Freedom of Information Act (F0IA) request F01/

In your original F0IA request of February 24, 1985, you requested all infor-mation in the NRr's possession regarding the review of the most recent containment leak rate test at the Zion nuclear power plant.
In our April 12, 1985, response, we identified on Appendices A and B the records that are subject to your request.
In your April 19, 1985, letter, you stated that our response did not include records related to your January 9,1985, letter to Mr. Thomas Rehm, the existence of which appears to be evidenced by the last sentence in the second paragraph of Mr. Rehm's February 20, 1985, letter which you attached to your F0IA request.
