Modification No. 6 to Task Order No.1 Under Contract No. NRC-33-93 182 l

Dear Ms. Bilger:

The subject contract expired on January 31, 1997, and we are initiating L

closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements,-it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No.1 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements.

Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of

$2,672.03.

Based on available information, there are excess funds remaining under 1

Task Order No '1 of this contract. Therefore, the purpose of this H

1 modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with.

respect to Task Order No. 1 by $2,672.03 from $220,390.53 to $217,718.50.

Accordingly Task Order No.1 is hereby revised as follows:

Under. Modification No. 5, dated November 6, 1996, the third paragraph is-deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

"The. total amount presently obligated by the Governnent with reswct to this task order is $217,718.50 of which $203.095.61 represents tie estimated reimbursable costs.und $14,622.89 represents the fixed fee."
