REPORT TO THE ASLB WITH REFERENCE E THE EMERGENCY PLANNING CONTENTIONS Since the prehearing conference June 19, 1984, there has been a meeting of the parties to discuss certain revisions to the Emergency Response Plan.           It was agreed that certain matters could be resolved by a revision to the plan itself and that others would better be handled by legislation.
REPORT TO THE ASLB WITH REFERENCE E THE EMERGENCY PLANNING CONTENTIONS Since the prehearing conference June 19, 1984, there has been a meeting of the parties to discuss certain revisions to the Emergency Response Plan.
The agreed upon legislation has been enacted (Acts 1984, No. 825).       The revisions to the plan itself are being made and will be submitted to FEMA and NRC for review.
It was agreed that certain matters could be resolved by a revision to the plan itself and that others would better be handled by legislation.
Based on the above, and subject to the submission of the plan revisions, intervenors intend to submit a motion to this Board to dismiss       the Emergency     Planning Contentions.
The agreed upon legislation has been enacted (Acts 1984, No. 825).
