This page was part of Amendment 108 (Reforenco 1) which was added to incorporato now operability roqultomonts, survolitanco requiremonts, and corresponding bases for minimum Emorgoney Coro Cooling System availabihty when the plant is in the cold shutdown condition. A subsoquent submittal was mado (Referenco 2) to modify the RHR pump survollianco tost acceptanco flow rato for porlodic testing but was based upon tho Tochnical Specifications existing beforo approval of Amondmont 168.
