Your initial set of discovery requests on Contention 41 was filed in March, 1983.

Our answers were filed on May 12,

.1983, and were supplemented on November 11, 1983 and January 13, 1984.in response to Boa:-d rulings on your motion to compel discovery filed in August, 1983..

As you know, the deadline for discovery requests on this contention is March 15, 1984.

Our responses to your interroga-tories 41-1(1) and 41-1(m) have not yet been provided because of:our outstanding motion for protective order.

While I believe that the delay in completing your first round discovery requests is largely-of your own making, I have previously stated that

~I would attempt-to' work out with you an opportunity for second round discovery if the protective order issue is not resolved prior to March 15.
