Entry4 ext 09/1812002 03:55 OSS Midnight Entry Common: Received a report of a hydraulic fluid leak from a Contractor-operated Rental Crane located outside the RCA near the Controlled Side Maintenance Shop Overhead Door. Approximately i to 2 gallons of hydraulic fluid had sprayed on the crane and the pavement in the vicinity of the crane. No hydraulic fluid entered any plant drainage system AOP-1 2A. Oil, Hazardous Material, and Radioactive Matenials Spill, was referenced and it was determined entry into AOP-12A was not required Approximately 100# of Oil Dry was spread on the pavement near the crane to absorb the spilled fluid.
