Mr. Conly, indicated that STPNOC is agreeable to the following:

'When the Code Cases 2142-1 and 2143-1 are approved by reference in Regulatory Guide 1.85,

'Materials Code Case Acceptability - ASME Section III, Division 1," licensee is to follow all provosion in the code cases with the limitations or conditions Issued in RG 1.85, if any.'

This concurrence will be reflected in the Safety Evaluation and and Cover Letter.
