This letter is in -response to your request for additional information regarding the implementation of Bulletin 88-02, "Rapidly Propagating Fatigue Cracks in Steam Generator Tubes.q The request dated November 6, 1989.                                         was transmitted by letter Our original response to the Bulletin- was transmitted to you by letter dated March 25, 1988. 'You requested that we provide the information within 60.days of your letter, which we received on November 20, 1989.

Attachment       D is a Westinghouse authorization letter proprietary Information Notice, and an accompanying                          (CAW-87-041), a proprietary claims as to Attachment B are asserted                         affidavit. Attachment D is a Westinghouse authorization letter (CAW-87-041),

a proprietary Information Notice, and an accompanying affidavit.

Since proprietary claims as to Attachment B are asserted by Westinghouse Electric Corporation, those claims are supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse.

The affidavit sets forth the basis on which Westinghouse claims that the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission, and addresses the considerations listed in 10 CFR Section 2.790(b)(4).
