In accordance with the referenced technical specifications, preservice inspection was completed during the June 2 to June 11, 1979, mini-outage.
Enclosed are three copies of the Preservice Inspection Report which summarizes the evnmi mtions performed. No reportable indicatiers were observed during this inspection.
This report has been reviewed by the Plant Operation Review Committee, the Philadelphia Electric Company Senior Engineer - Inservice Inspection Section, and the Hartford Steam Boiler Authorized Code Inspector.
