Comments on the Safety Evaluation and the Associated License Condition Related to Order EA-03-0086 for the Fermi 2 Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Security Training and Qualification Plan The NRC issued a Safety Evaluation and a License Condition Related to Order EA-03-0086 for the Fermi 2 Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Security Training and Qualification Plan (Security Plans) dated October 29, 2004 (Reference 2). Detroit Edison reviewed these documents and provides the attached comments that more accurately reflect the Security Plans, as submitted. Several of these comments were discussed with the NRC Staff via telephone conference on November 3, 2004.
