Licensing Conference Calls CPNPP Units 3 and 4 Cancel Filter Category Title Description Action Required Date CHAPTER: 00 Misc (7) 010 Logistics Chapter Status Luminant is interested in discussing each chapter/portion of the phase 2 review in detail, including the status of all RAIs which are not closed, all technical imputs and all draft SERs. We might want to set up a series of conference calls starting in January 2011 and do a couple chapters at a time. We are concerned that there may be some important issues which have not yet revealed themselves and we want to become aware of these as soon as possible so that we can deal with them.

Develop a plan/schedule in early January 2011 to review chapters in detail. Discuss chapters a few at a time using the projected ACRS schedule to set priority 12/15/2010 080 Drop In Visits NRO Review Schedule Discussion Potential drop in to discuss CPNPP COLA review schedule.

The NRC and MHI to then work out a plan to interact with affected reviewers in time to get their feedback addressed in the updates provided in Rev. 3 of the DCD. MHI provided a plan and schedule on 12/3/10 to NRC.

11/30/2010 CHAPTER: Part 03 ER (3) 090 Action CPNPP Potential alternate pipeline route Luminant is exploring an alternate pipeline route based upon ability to obtain right-of-ways. The FSAR and ER have not been revised and may not be but Luminant wants to have alternatives identified and available. 5/19: Michael Willingham noted that any changes to the ER could affect the environmental review schedule.

Luminant determine if update required and inform NRC.

6/30/2011 090 Action CPNPP Update NRO re Transmission Lines In March of 2010, Luminant informed the NRC that, due to actions by ERCOT, the studies (or at least portions of the studies) regarding off-site power may need to be redone by Oncor. Some of the transmission lines or their routes may change. Some information may be available in the fall of 2010 but some final information may not be available until the spring of 2011.

Luminant keep NRC informed of update staus.
