TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/81014 The enclosed report provides details concerning test procedures for valves 1-FCV-62-72, 73, and 74. This event is reportable under Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specificatien 6.9.1.13.b.
Sequoyah Licensee Event Reports (LER's) are transmitted to your office by the Division of Nuclear Power central office. Recently, a Sequoyah Compliance Staff (ISEG) review of Licensee Event Reports discovered that this LER was apparently lost in the mail between Sequoyah Nuclear Plant and the central office and was therefore never transmitted to your office. This LER is now being transmitted beyond the 30-day reporting time.
