As discussed at the telephone prehearing conference with the Licensing Board in the above captioned proceeding, an inspection of the steam dryer was conducted during the May 2007 refueling outage (RF026) at the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Station ("VY"). Please note that in making these documents available to NEC we are not admitting that they are in any way relevant to Entergy's pending motion for summary disposition of NEC Contention 3 (steam dryer).
