AMENDMENT NO. 29 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 29 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purposes of transmitting additional information requested by the Regulatory Staff, including revisions to Chapters 3 and 6, and additions to Appendix E of Applicant's Final Safety Analysis Report.
