On May 23, 2007, you sent a letter to Chairman Klein, acknowledging concerns recently brought to your attention regarding work environment and management issues at Constellation Generation Groups (Constellations) R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant (Ginna). In your letter to Chairman Klein, you acknowledge the importance of these concerns and described Constellations responsibility to ensure safe operation of Ginna. You also described Constellations commitment to investigate and take actions as necessary.
