Ginna Document Request for Appendix R Licensing Basis.docx Gentlemen, The Ginna License Amendment Request (LAR) to transition Ginna's fire protection program licensing basis from 10 CFR 50 Appendix R to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 805 is in progress, and may or may not be completed by the scheduled date for Ginna's Triennial Fire Protection Inspection. The notification for the Triennial Fire Protection Inspection, along with a Request for Information (i.e., the document request list) was sent to you on May 26, 2015 (ML15147A004). That document request list, dated May 26, 2015, was based on the expectation that Ginnas fire protection program licensing basis would transition to NFPA 805 prior to the start of the NRC inspection. | |||

The revised list reflects the differences between those documents needed for an Appendix R licensing basis verses an NFPA 805 licensing basis, by deleting documents specific to NFPA 805 (shown in strike-out) and adding additional documents specific to Appendix R (yellow highlighting).
