This refers to the public meeting conducted at the Americana YMCA, Zachary, Louisiana, on May 4, 2017, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and members of the public. Approximately 18 people attended the public meeting, including members of the general public, representatives from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, a representative of U.S. Senator Bill Cassidys staff, as well as NRC and Entergy representatives.

A copy of the public attendance sheet from the meeting is included as an enclosure.
