Dear Dr. Reese:
From June 1-3, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission)
conducted an inspection at the Oregon State University Radiation Center TRIGA Mark-II reactor facility (Inspection Report No. 50-243/2015-202).
