On May 30, 2018, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an in office inspection of a security concern that occurred at the TVA Corporate Office Complex and impacted the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3. The results of this inspection were discussed with Mr. S. Sovizral and other members of your staff. These results are documented in the enclosed report. | |||
The NRC inspector documented a finding of very low security significance (Green) in this report. | |||
This finding involved a violation of NRC requirements. The NRC is treating this violation as a non-cited violation (NCV) consistent with Section 2.3.2(a) of the Enforcement Policy. | |||
