The enclosed report documents an inspection at the Seabrook Station, which evaluated the performance of your emergency response organization during the April 11, 2006, exercise and the post-exercise critique conducted on April 12, 2006, as specified in the reactor oversight program. The inspectors discussed the preliminary findings of this inspection with Mr. Michael Kiley, Seabrook Station Plant Manager, and other members of your staff on April 12, 2006. A final exit meeting was conducted via a telephone conference with your staff on April 24, 2006.

The enclosed report documents an inspection at the Seabrook Station, which evaluated theperformance of your emergency response organization during the April 11, 2006, exercise and the post-exercise critique conducted on April 12, 2006, as specified in the reactor oversight program.
