By letter dated February 2, 2012, you requested an extension to December 31, 2012 to complete responses to requests for additional information (RAI). We have reviewed and agreed with your extension request for the following reasons: 1) it is your first request; 2) there were a large number of complex RAIs; and, 3) more notably, the University of Florida has demonstrated progress in completing the RAI responses, and maintained good communication with the license renewal project manager regarding the status of your RAI response efforts.

We have reviewed and agreed with your extension request for the following reasons: 1) it is your first request; 2) there were a large number of complex RAIs; and, 3) more notably, the University of Florida has demonstrated progress in completing the RAI responses, and maintained good communication with the license renewal project manager regarding the status of your RAI response efforts.
