-Develop identification guidelines and screening criteria to determine:

• When a plant change can be considered a major plant modification

• When a major plant modification should be subject to a vendor

inspection

• 1 stpilot design related aspect inspection at Equipos Nucleares, S.A (ENSA) in Santander, Spain

• At least 1 other planned 5
