SUBJECT: RIVER BEND STATION - NRC SECURITY BASELINE INSPECTION REPORT 05000458/2016403
Dear Mr. Maguire:
On February 11, 2016, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at the River Bend Station. The NRC inspector discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. C. Rich, General Manager, Plant Operations, and other members of your staff. The inspector documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.
No NRC-identified or self-revealing findings were identified during this inspection.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, "Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholdi ng," of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
