| The purpose of this memorandum is to provide, and make available to the public, a transcript associated with the petition submitted by C-10 Research & Education Foundation regarding the Seabrook Station, Unit 1 (Seabrook). The petition was submitted pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.206. The enclosure contains the transcript from the petitioner's first opportunity to address the Petition Review Board, which occurred on February 16, 2016.
