ERRATA FOR SUMMARY OF PUBLIC MEETING

Dear Mr. Maguire:

This refers to the public meeting conducted at the Americana YMCA, Zachary, Louisiana, on May 4, 2017, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and members of the public. Approximately 18 people attended the public meeting, including members of the general public, representatives from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, a representative of U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy's staff, as well as NRC and Entergy representatives.

This was a Category 3 meeting hosted by the NRC to provide members of the public an opportunity to ask questions about the NRC's purpose and responsibilities, and to discuss any regulatory issues, including the results of the NRC's annual assessment of safety performance at River Bend Station for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2016, as documented in NRC Inspection Report 05000416/2016006, issued March 1, 2017 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17059D527). A copy of the public attendance sheet from the meeting is included as an enclosure. In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC's Public Document Room or the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
