By application dated February 14, 2017 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17053A468 - see attached), Entergy submitted a request for changes to the Pilgrim Technical Specifications (TSs). The proposed changes would revise certain staffing and training requirements, reports, programs, and editorial changes contained in TS Table of Contents; Section 1.0, "Definitions;" Section 4.0, "Design Features;" and Section 5.0, "Administrative Controls" that will no longer be applicable once Pilgrim is permanently defueled. | |||
