DOMINIONS DRAFT SBO RESPONSE On April 29, 2002, I received an electronic mail from Mike Henig of Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCo) transmitting Dominions draft response to the staffs request for additional information (RAI 2.5-1). In a PDF-formatted file attached to its e-mail, Dominion also addressed compliance with the NRC staffs position paper regarding station blackout (SBO) regarding the in-scope components for the station blackout Rule issued on March 28, 2002.
